Lu Jun Hai Shifu's Entry in Cangzhou Wushu Zhi

 Following the translation of Lu Zhen Duo Shigong's entry in the Cangzhou Wushu Zhi we have managed to get to his son's entry.  Like the first translation there may be some errors so please be patient.  I've taken the liberty of adding a profile picture (Pretty recent around a year old or so) that wasn't in the book below (Seems fitting to do so).

Lu Jun Hai Shifu

Lu Jun Hai, was born in Cangzhou Nan Chuan Lo, 1941.

At the age of 6, he started his martial arts training under his farther Lu Zhen Duo.  It was non-stop training day after day, year after year. To stretch his legs, he would be tied to a tree for no less than 1 hour each session. Every day he had to practice the basics including waist stretch, kicks, straight punches, arm turnings, jumps, break falls and tumbling, many times. He stabbed his palms in iron sands so deep that his forearm would be covered under the sand. His palm strikes were so fast that they would be able to blow a candle light out.
